I believe massage therapy aids in increased personal knowledge which is at the heart of preventative medicine. My practice is based on compassion, respect, and integrity. Massage provides expanded awareness of the body, mind, emotion, and spirit. Massage reduces stress and anxiety, boosts your immune system, releases endorphins in addition to promoting restful sleep. Take time for yourself, be positive - happiness is catchy!
